Teaching Experience I have been teaching Writing since 1989, including Business Communication, Technical Writing, and Composition, as well as Early British Literature, Shakespeare, Children's Literature, and Science Fiction Literature.

Other Personal Information I am in the process of writing a couple of textbooks (or, more likely, textbook supplements) for Business Writing and Composition courses, as well as a Science-Fantasy novel.

I continue to pursue an interest in medieval British literature (primarily Anglo-Saxon literature) and J.R.R. Tolkien.

Other Professional Experiences

In addition to teaching, I worked as a professional writer for the State of Florida, writing legal documents for the Florida Department of Professional Regulation.
