People have asked me about this photo, so here is some info about it.
First, yes, it is about ten years old, but I like it. If you're a geek
and got within 100 yards of the Space Shuttle, it's an important event.
PGCC was part of a consortium of users of a satellite being launched on
this mission, so we were given VIP treatment and close-up seats for the
launch.
