The Instructional Forum congratulates the winners who received
their awards at the Fifteenth Annual Faculty and Staff Honors Convocation held
on October 10, 2002.
PRESIDENT'S MEDAL
Dr. Paul H. Hahn
Professor, Continuing Education
Director, Children's Developmental Clinic
|
Dr. Paul H. Hahn received
the President's Medal for his superior and sustained leadership as founder
and director of the Children's Developmental Clinic at Prince George's
Community College and the University of Maryland, College Park. He
has been active with the clinic for over thirty-five years. During
his tenure, Dr. Hahn and his staff have trained over thirteen thousand
community college and university students to work individually with young
special needs children in an individualized motor, language, and reading
program. The clinics provide the community with an excess of forty
thousand hours of volunteer services on an annual basis. A professor
of Community and Continuing Education, Dr. Hahn has been a member of our
faculty since 1967, where he has been a dedicated teacher, faculty member,
and coach.
